Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Welding3D.de (knowledge and machine mediation platform for industrial metal 3D printing) and commercial users of the platform (in particular machine manufacturers, system integrators, and enquiring industrial companies).
2. Registration and Platform Use
Registration and creation of a company profile for machine manufacturers and system integrators on Welding3D.de are free of charge. Approved providers can manage and update their industrial metal 3D printing systems and system solutions following review. There are no monthly base fees or setup costs.
3. Commission Model
Welding3D.de operates its machine and system mediation exclusively on a success basis.
- Success Case: A commission is due exclusively if a contract for a machine, system, or system integration is demonstrably concluded as a direct result of a mediation enquiry initiated via Welding3D.de.
- Commission Rate: In the event of a successful mediation, Welding3D charges a commission of 3% of the net sales price (excluding VAT).
- Billing: The commission is billed to the machine manufacturer or system integrator following the successful conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer. The provider undertakes to inform Welding3D immediately of any successful contract conclusion resulting from a platform enquiry.
- No Hidden Costs: Without a successful mediation and subsequent contract conclusion, no costs are incurred by the machine manufacturer or system integrator.
4. Duties of the User
The user guarantees that all information provided in their profile and product listings is accurate and up to date. Manufacturers may only list systems that they produce or are authorized to sell.
5. Liability
Welding3D is not a contracting party in the sales contracts concluded between buyers and sellers. We accept no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered.
6. Final Provisions
Changes or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
