Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Welding3D and the users of the platform (manufacturers, integrators, service providers, and buyers).

2. Registration and Platform Use

Registration and the creation of a company profile on Welding3D are free of charge. Users can independently add, manage, and update their systems, technologies, and services. There are no monthly base fees or setup costs.

3. Commission Model (Vermittlungsprovision)

Welding3D operates as a marketplace based exclusively on a success model.

• Success Case: A commission is only due if a machine or system is demonstrably sold or a service contract is concluded as a direct result of a mediation or inquiry initiated via the Welding3D platform.
• Commission Rate: In the event of a successful mediation, Welding3D charges a commission of 3% of the net sales price (excluding VAT).
• Billing: The commission is billed to the manufacturer/seller after the successful conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer. The manufacturer undertakes to inform Welding3D immediately of any successful contract conclusion resulting from a platform inquiry.
• No Hidden Costs: Without a successful mediation and subsequent contract conclusion, no costs are incurred by the manufacturer or service provider.

4. Duties of the User

The user guarantees that all information provided in their profile and product listings is accurate and up to date. Manufacturers may only list systems that they produce or are authorized to sell.

5. Liability

Welding3D is not a contracting party in the sales contracts concluded between buyers and sellers. We accept no liability for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered.

6. Final Provisions

Changes or additions to these GTC must be made in writing. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining commission shall not be affected.
