Description

The Meltio M600 is an industrial metal 3D printer for the precise production, repair and further development of metal components. The system works with wire laser technology: commercially available welding wire is melted by nine blue diode lasers and built up in layers to form a component. With a build envelope of 300 × 400 × 600 mm, a fully enclosed inert gas build envelope and integrated process monitoring, the M600 is designed for stable, repeatable metal manufacturing. Among other things, stainless steel, steel, titanium, nickel, copper and aluminum alloys are processed. Typical applications include prototypes, spare parts, repairs, tools and functionally integrated metal components for mechanical engineering and industrial manufacturing.
