Operating Principle & Process Flow

Operating Principle: Eine Sonotrode presst Metallfolien aufeinander und verschweißt sie durch hochfrequente Ultraschallvibrationen im Festkörperzustand.

Process Flow: Folien-Auflage → Ultraschall-Schweißen → Fräsen der Kontur → Wiederholung.
